How to get help with Workday

Follow these steps

  • View on-demand support materials

    Job Aids and videos are the first places to turn for questions since they will guide you through Workday processes in detail.

    Important: Accessing the Job Aids online, as opposed to maintaining a print archive, will help ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date information.

  • Consult a WEN member (Workday Engagement Network)

    If the question cannot be resolved by viewing the Job Aids or videos, consult one of the 36 WEN members trained to help answer your questions. Find the WEN member in your department or division who can support your transition to the Workday environment and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Contact the Workday Team
